As an Integrative Therapist, Laurence uses different modalities to fit her clients’ needs, adapting to her clients communications styles, personality, states of mind and physical health, integrating body and mind work within the process of change.

Laurence has been working as a Psychotherapist since 2004 and is also a Mindfulness Practitioner. She worked for the Brighton Housing Trust Recovery Project, a residential therapeutic community for people in early recovery from addiction. She also worked for the Priory in Hove (now Elysium Healthcare) within both the Cognitive Behavioural team with inpatients and outpatients on the general ward, and within the Addiction Treatment team.She has helped people through a wide range of issues using a variety of tools and methods to fit each person’s ways of being. She believes that we are all different but also have a lot in common.
